In our commitment to ensure your utmost privacy, all communications with the host will be conducted virtually. Physical meetings with guests will be kept to a minimum and will only occur when absolutely necessary. Please promptly report any maintenance issues or broken amenities to the host via text so they can be addressed as quickly as possible.
