Waiver of Liability for Airbnb Guests and Visitors

By staying at Domance Glamping and accepting the terms of this waiver, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk:

You acknowledge and understand that your use of our property and any common areas involves certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or illnesses. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Liability for Visitors:

As the Airbnb guest, you are responsible for the behavior and actions of any visitors you bring onto the property. You agree to inform your visitors of the rules and regulations outlined in this waiver and ensure their compliance.

3. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner, host, and any associated individuals or entities from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses arising from your or your visitors' use of the property.

4. Property Rules:

You and your visitors agree to comply with all rules and guidelines provided by the property owner or host. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in eviction from the property without refund.

5. Reporting Incidents:

 In the event of any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring on the property, you agree to promptly report the incident to the property owner or host.

6. Insurance:

 It is recommended that you obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any potential losses or damages that may occur during your stay.
