Choose the BEST TIME

The true best time for a proposal is about 30 minutes to 1 hour before sunset, when the golden light is soft and dreamy—perfect for both the moment and the photos. Sunset times vary by season, but we’ll help you time it just right.

If you’re staying for multiple nights, we have more flexibility to create the perfect surprise. You can plan a time to step out with your fiancé, giving us a private window to set everything up without you seeing it in advance. Then we’ll place everything back for the perfect reveal when you return.

We also stay flexible with the weather. If it’s especially windy or rainy, some setups—like the rooftop flower arch—may not be safe or ideal. If that happens, we’ll reach out during the day to adjust plans or reschedule to another time that works best.
