House Rules & Cancellation Policy

House Rules

Adult Only (Infants under 1 year old are allowed): 
  • The number of staying guests is limited to 2 per unit, unless otherwise specified. Only guests 21 years and older who were included in the booking are allowed on the property.
  • You are welcome to bring infants under 1 year old, however, you must provide cribs and all other necessary supplies. Please remember that infants must be supervised at all times.
  • To ensure a peaceful environment and respect the privacy and safety of all guests, please stay within the boundaries of your booked site and not fly drones
Events and Visitors:
  • Events and parties, including elopement ceremonies, require pre-approval, and special packages may be available for celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, and proposals.
  • We welcome a maximum of 4 non-staying visitors between 4 pm and 7 pm, at a fee of $25 per person. This may include individuals such as photographers, event coordinators, or friends and family.
  • Outside food and goods deliveries are not allowed. 
Pet Policy:
  • Only one pet is allowed in TreeTopia, StarLite, and NestScape. Pets are not permitted in HoneyHive.
  • A pet fee of $90 per stay will be charged, and pets must be leashed or caged at all times.  Please remember that the natural environment may pose risks to your pet's safety, and we are not responsible if your pet is lost during your stay.
Quiet Hours:
  • 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please report any disturbances during these hours to maintain a peaceful environment. Failure to comply may lead to cancellation of your stay and immediate eviction.
Photography and Filming:
  • Taking photographs and videos of the property for personal use and sharing on social media is allowed.
  • Commercial photography and filming are only permitted with photographers from our preferred list and booked through us.
  • Uploading or submitting photographs or videos of the property to professional photo stock websites or services (including, but not limited to, Getty Images, iStock.com, or similar platforms) requires prior written permission and a property release.
Smoking, Vaping, E-Cigarettes, and Drug Use:
  • Smoking, vaping, and the use of drugs are strictly prohibited on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
Open Flame Policy:
  • The use of candles, fires, or any open flames is only allowed in designated areas such as fire pits or BBQ grills. Any violation will result in a $500 fine.
Pool and Hot Tub Use:
  • Please do not add bubble bath or any other substances to the pool and hot tub. Violations will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Towels and Linens Policy:
  • Towels and linens should be used for their intended purposes only. Stains or damage will incur a $10 treatment fee per item, plus additional fees for replacement if beyond repair.
Wildlife and Plant Safety Advisory:
  • Please be cautious around local wildlife, including hogs, raccoons, possums, snakes, dogs, and cats. Do not touch, feed, or approach any animals. To maintain cleanliness and prevent attracting wildlife, store perishable food in the fridge and dispose of food waste in the covered trash can immediately. 
  • Insects like spiders, mosquitoes, ticks, and ants are common. Use insect repellent and be cautious in undisturbed areas. 
  • Beware of harmful plants like poison ivy; stay on designated paths and avoid touching unfamiliar plants. If you have allergies, please bring necessary medication.
Check-in and Check-out:
  • Check-in is from 4 PM to 10 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.
  • Early check-in at 2:30 PM and late check-out by 12:30 PM are available for an additional $30 fee.
Other House Rules:
  • Please remove your shoes before entering.
  • A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if excessive cleaning is required.
  • Lost keys will incur a $100 fee.
  • Additional fees may apply for other damages.


Cancellation and Alteration Policy

Cancellation: 

We understand that plans can change, but as a small business, cancellations can significantly impact our operations. Therefore, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made 14-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total nightly cost (excluding any applied coupons).  Full refunds are available for cancellations within 24 hours of booking during this timeframe.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will not receive a refund for the total nightly cost (excluding any applied coupons), regardless of the booking date or reason for cancellation.
  • Unused Services: Charges for unused services and add-ons, such as cleaning fees, will be refunded in the event of cancellation.
  • Non-Refundable Transaction Fee: The 3% transaction fee charged by Stripe is non-refundable.
Alteration:
  • Rescheduling your stay can be done up to 3 months from the date of the request and must be made 14 days prior to your check-in date. 
  • A $75 rescheduling fee will apply. 
  • All alterations are final and cannot be canceled or rescheduled. This policy applies to all alterations and cancellations, regardless of the reason.
Refunds:
  • Guest Cancellation: Normal guest cancellations are subject to the funds rule cancellation policy.
  • No-Show/Early Departure: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
  • Unforeseen Events: Domance Glamping is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, water interruptions, or other utility failures. In such cases, refunds will not be provided, but rescheduling for a future date with discount may be offered at Domance Glamping's discretion.
  • To safeguard against unforeseen losses or damages that may impact your stay and result in financial loss, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Damage and Cost Liability:
  • Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear to the property or its contents during their stay.
  • Any damage discovered after check-out will be notified to the guest via email within 48 hours, along with photographic evidence and a cost breakdown for repairs or replacements.
  • The guest authorizes the host to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repairs or replacements, up to $500, after providing notification and evidence of the damage.
  • For damages exceeding $500, further action will be discussed with the guest.

By proceeding with the booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these terms. This agreement ensures transparency while allowing us to recover costs for cancellation and damages.
