By booking and staying in our cabin/unit, the guest agrees to the following terms regarding property damage:
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear.
- If any damage is discovered after the guest's departure, we will notify the guest via email within 48 hours of check-out.
- We will provide photographic evidence of the damage and a detailed cost breakdown for repairs or replacements.
- The guest authorizes us to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repairs or replacements, up to a maximum of $500, after providing notification and evidence of the damage.
- For damages exceeding the maximum amount, we will contact the guest to discuss further action.
By proceeding with the booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these terms. This agreement ensures transparency while allowing us to recover costs for damages.
