Staying Guests<\/b><\/h5>\n

  • Each unit is limited to <\/span>two adult guests<\/b>, unless additional guests were included at the time of booking for select units. Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed within the boundaries of the booked unit. Violation of this policy is considered trespassing and will result in <\/span>immediate termination <\/b>of the stay without refund, along with a $50 per person, per night penalty for each unauthorized guest.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Sharing check-in instructions with anyone other than pre-registered guests or approved visitors is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Infants under one year old<\/b> are allowed but must be supervised <\/span>at all times<\/b>. Guests must provide their own cribs and necessary supplies.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Events and Visitors<\/b><\/h5>\n
      \n
    • Parties are not allowed, <\/b>but small, private celebrations are permitted. We offer special packages for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, and similar occasions.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
    • A maximum of <\/span>four non-overnight visitors<\/b> is allowed between<\/span> 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM<\/b>, provided they are added to the booking in advance. A $25 fee applies per visitor, per visit. The full name and phone number of each visitor must be submitted prior to arrival. Approved visitors may include photographers, event coordinators, or friends and family.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Outside food and goods <\/span>deliveries are not allowed.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Quiet Hours \u2014 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM<\/b><\/h5>\n
        \n
      • Loud music, shouting, and disruptive noise are not permitted during quiet hours. If you experience disturbances from nearby units, please notify us so we can address the issue promptly. Repeated violations may result in <\/span>immediate termination <\/b>of the stay without refund.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        No Smoking, Vaping, E-Cigarettes, and Drug use<\/b><\/h5>\n
          \n
        • Strictly prohibited<\/b> both indoors and outdoors. Violations will result in a <\/span>$500 fine.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          No Open Flames<\/b><\/h5>\n
            \n
          • The use of candles, fires, or any open flames is only allowed in designated areas such as fire pits or BBQ grills. Any violation will result in a $500 fine.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            Pool and Hot Tub<\/b><\/h5>\n
              \n
            • No Bubble Bath or Substances in the Pool or HotTub. Violations will result in a $250 excessive cleaning fee. Instead you can use bathing products in bathtubs.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • For your safety, limit hot tub use to 15 minutes per session. Shower before and after swimming. Consult a doctor if you have health concerns. We offer a net for you to easily clear them out before enjoying your swim.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              Pets and Service Animals<\/b><\/h5>\n
                \n
              • Your pet must be leashed or caged at all times. Please note that the natural environment may pose risks to your pet\u2019s safety; we are not responsible if your pet becomes lost during your stay.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • If any evidence of an unauthorized pet is found during cleaning, a $90 pet fee will be charged. If you brought your service animal, please notify us if you haven\u2019t already, so we can make appropriate cleaning arrangements afterward. <\/span>Tenga en cuenta:<\/b> Emotional support animals are considered pets and are subject to the $90 pet fee.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                Wildlife and Plant Safety Advisory<\/b><\/h5>\n

To maintain cleanliness and prevent attracting wildlife, <\/span>store perishable food in the fridge and dispose of food waste in the covered trash can immediately<\/b>. <\/span><\/li>\n
                • Insects<\/b> like spiders, mosquitoes, ticks, wasps, ants, and wood roaches are common. Use insect repellent and be cautious in undisturbed areas. <\/span><\/li>\n
                • Beware of harmful <\/span>plants<\/b> like poison ivy; stay on designated paths and avoid touching unfamiliar plants. If you have allergies, please bring necessary medication.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                  Outdoor Setup<\/b><\/h5>\n
                    \n
                  • Outdoor experiences\u2014such as candlelit dinners, movie nights, and proposal packages\u2014are <\/span>weather-dependent<\/b>. We closely monitor local forecasts and do our best to time the setup appropriately.<\/span>\n
                      \n
                    • If the package is set up prior to your arrival based on the forecast and the weather changes unexpectedly, please understand that this is beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued once the setup is complete, regardless of whether it is used.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • If we anticipate the weather may improve later in the evening, we will coordinate with you to determine the best possible setup time. For multi-night stays, we\u2019re happy to reschedule the setup for the following evening, weather permitting.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n
                        \n
                      • Outdoor Movie:<\/b> The projector must be <\/span>brought indoors when not in use<\/b>, especially during <\/span>windy or rainy weather<\/b>, to prevent damage.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Candlelit Dinner:<\/b> Our staff will usually collect the setup around 10:00 AM the following morning. If the weather stays clear, feel free to leave everything as is overnight. However, if it begins to rain heavily, please bring the candles, plates, and any other outdoor setup items indoors to prevent damage. Kindly avoid leaving food on the dishes outside, as it may attract wildlife.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • Proposal:<\/b> It\u2019s fine to leave the proposal setup as is, including rainy conditions. Our staff will collect it after you check out.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                        Indoor Setup <\/b><\/h5>\n
                          \n
                        • Romance Experience:<\/b> The setup is completed before your arrival, and our staff will clean it up after you check out. Please place the used petals and candles into the provided basket during your stay. We are unable <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                          Photography and Filming<\/b><\/h5>\n
                            \n
                          • Taking photographs and videos for personal use and sharing on social media is allowed.<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • Commercial photography and filming must be registered in advance. All crew members must be added to the booking, and their full names and phone numbers must be provided prior to arrival.<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • Uploading or submitting photographs or videos of the property to professional stock photo websites or services (including, but not limited to, Getty Images, iStock, or similar platforms) requires prior written permission and a property release.<\/span><\/li>\n
                          • The use of personal drones is not permitted anywhere on the property.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            Damage & Excessive Cleaning<\/b><\/p>\n

                            • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. If any such damage is discovered after check-out, the guest will be notified via email within 72 hours, along with evidence and a detailed cost breakdown for necessary repairs or replacements.<\/span><\/li>\n
                            • The guest authorizes the host to charge the credit card on file for damages or extra cleaning fees up to $500, following the notification. For damages or cleaning costs exceeding $500, the host will contact the guest directly to discuss next steps.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n

                              • Common items: <\/span>\n
                                  \n
                                • Lost key: $100 replacement fee per key.<\/span>\n

                                  <\/p><\/span><\/li>\n

                                • Custom wine glass: $25 replacement fee each.<\/span>\n

                                • Stained or damaged items: $10 treatment fee per item. If an item cannot be restored, an additional replacement fee will apply.<\/span><\/li>

                                  Cancellation:\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>

                                  We understand that plans may change. As a small business, cancellations and date changes can significantly impact our operations. The following policy applies based on the number of days prior to your scheduled check-in<\/b><\/span> at the time of your request:<\/p>

                                  • 91+ Days Before Check-In:<\/b><\/b><\/p>

                                    Cancel for a full refund<\/b><\/span> of the total booking value, or reschedule for free<\/b><\/span> (see alteration policy below).<\/p><\/li>

                                  • 31\u201390 Days Before Check-In:<\/b><\/b><\/p>

                                    Cancel for a 75% refund<\/b><\/span> of the total booking value, or reschedule for free<\/b><\/span> (see alteration policy below).<\/p><\/li>

                                  • 15\u201330 Days Before Check-In:<\/b><\/b><\/p>

                                    Cancel for a 50% refund<\/b><\/span> of the total booking value, or reschedule with a $75 alteration fee<\/b><\/span> (see alteration policy below).<\/p><\/li>

                                  • Less Than 14 Days Before Check-In:<\/b><\/b><\/p>

                                    No refund is available. However, guests may request to <\/span>reschedule to an earlier date (before the original check-in date)<\/b> for a <\/span>$75 alteration fee<\/b>, <\/span>subject to availability<\/b>. <\/span>If no earlier date is available, unfortunately, we will be unable to make any changes or offer refunds<\/b><\/span>. Rescheduling to a later date is not permitted.<\/p><\/li>

                                  • 2-Hour Grace Period:<\/b><\/b><\/p>

                                    If a booking was made in error, guests may cancel for a full refund within 2 hours<\/b><\/span> of the booking confirmation time.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                                    • Non-Refundable Transaction Fee:<\/b> The 3% transaction fee charged by Stripe is non-refundable once the reservation is made.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                                      Alteration:<\/b><\/h4>

                                      • As long as your request is made at least 14 days before check-in, you may <\/span>reschedule your stay to any available date within 3 months<\/b> from the date of your rescheduling request,<\/strong> with or without the $75 rescheduling fee depending on the cancellation window.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                      • Within 14 days of check-in, only rescheduling to an earlier date<\/b><\/span> may be accommodated (not later), and is subject to availability and a $75 alteration fee<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><\/li>

                                      • The amount you\u2019ve already paid will be applied to your new stay. If the new date is priced higher, the difference will be due at the time of rescheduling. All alterations are final and cannot be canceled or rescheduled again. <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                                        Refunds:<\/b><\/h4>
                                        • Guest Cancellation: <\/b>Guest initiated cancellations are subject to cancellation policy outlined above.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
                                        • No-Show\/Early Departure:<\/b> No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures, regardless of reasons.<\/span><\/li>
                                        • Unforeseen Events:<\/b> Domance Glamping is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, water interruptions, internet outage, or other utility failures. <\/span>In such cases, refunds will not be provided. In cases of extreme weather<\/b>\u2014for example, freezing temperatures that prevent the safe use of outdoor amenities\u2014we may offer to reschedule your stay<\/b> if a cancellation becomes necessary. Any difference in pricing between the original and rescheduled dates will still apply.<\/span><\/li>

                                        • Nonfunctional Major Amenity: <\/b><\/b>If a major amenity is nonfunctional for the entire duration of your stay<\/b><\/span>, it must be reported immediately<\/b><\/span> and verified by our team while you are on-site.<\/b><\/span> Once confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution or compensation based on the situation. If the <\/span>hot tub is unavailable for use during your entire stay<\/b>, we will compensate <\/span>20% of the room rate<\/b> for the affected night(s).<\/span><\/p><\/li>

                                        • To safeguard against unforeseen losses or damages that may impact your stay and result in financial loss, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.<\/b><\/li><\/ul>

                                          By proceeding with the booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
