Pol\u00edticas de Cancelacion<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

Entendemos que los planes pueden cambiar; sin embargo, como peque\u00f1a empresa, las cancelaciones y los cambios de fecha pueden afectar significativamente nuestras operaciones. Una vez confirmada una reserva, los siguientes t\u00e9rminos de cancelaci\u00f3n y reprogramaci\u00f3n se aplican de manera inmediata, seg\u00fan la cantidad de d\u00edas restantes hasta el check-in al momento en que se recibe la solicitud.<\/p>

  • 91 d\u00edas o m\u00e1s antes del check-in:<\/strong> Puede cancelar y recibir un reembolso completo del valor total de la reserva, menos el cargo no reembolsable del 3% correspondiente al procesamiento del pago, o reprogramar su estad\u00eda sin cargo por cambio de fecha.<\/li>
  • Entre 31 y 90 d\u00edas antes del check-in:<\/strong> Puede cancelar y recibir un reembolso del 75% del valor total de la reserva, o reprogramar su estad\u00eda sin cargo por cambio de fecha.<\/li>
  • Entre 15 y 30 d\u00edas antes del check-in:<\/strong> Puede cancelar y recibir un reembolso del 50% del valor total de la reserva, o reprogramar su estad\u00eda con un cargo de $75 por cambio de fecha.<\/li>
  • 14 d\u00edas o menos antes del check-in:<\/strong> No se ofrecen reembolsos. Sin embargo, los hu\u00e9spedes pueden solicitar reprogramar su estad\u00eda a una fecha anterior a la fecha original de check-in, con un cargo de $75 por cambio de fecha. Si no hubiera disponibilidad para una fecha anterior, no podremos realizar cambios ni ofrecer reembolsos. No se permite reprogramar para una fecha posterior.<\/li><\/ul>

    T\u00e9rminos de reprogramaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>

En estos casos, se aplicar\u00e1 un cargo de $75 por modificaci\u00f3n. No se permite reprogramar para una fecha posterior.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • Cualquier monto ya abonado se aplicar\u00e1 a la estad\u00eda reprogramada. Si el valor de la nueva estad\u00eda es mayor, la diferencia deber\u00e1 abonarse al momento de realizar la reprogramaci\u00f3n. Si el valor de la nueva estad\u00eda es menor, no se otorgar\u00e1 ning\u00fan reembolso ni cr\u00e9dito por la diferencia.<\/li>
      • Toda reprogramaci\u00f3n es definitiva. Una vez que una reserva haya sido reprogramada, no podr\u00e1 cancelarse, reembolsarse ni volver a reprogramarse.<\/li><\/ul>

        Reembolsos:<\/strong><\/p>

        • Cancelaci\u00f3n por parte del hu\u00e9sped:\u00a0Las cancelaciones iniciadas por el hu\u00e9sped est\u00e1n sujetas a la pol\u00edtica de cancelaci\u00f3n detallada anteriormente.<\/li>
        • No presentaci\u00f3n \/ Salida anticipada:\u00a0No se otorgar\u00e1n reembolsos por no presentarse (no-show) o por salidas anticipadas, independientemente del motivo.<\/li>
        • Circunstancias imprevistas: Domance Glamping no se responsabiliza por circunstancias que est\u00e9n fuera de su control, incluyendo, entre otras, condiciones clim\u00e1ticas severas, cortes de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, interrupciones en el suministro de agua, interrupciones del servicio de internet u otras fallas de servicios esenciales. En estos casos, no se otorgar\u00e1n reembolsos. En situaciones de condiciones clim\u00e1ticas extremas \u2014por ejemplo, temperaturas bajo cero que impidan el uso seguro de las instalaciones exteriores\u2014, podremos ofrecer la posibilidad de reprogramar la estad\u00eda si fuera necesario cancelar la reserva.         • Amenidad principal fuera de servicio: Si una amenidad principal no funciona durante la totalidad de su estad\u00eda, deber\u00e1 ser informada inmediatamente y verificada por nuestro equipo mientras el hu\u00e9sped se encuentre en las instalaciones. Una vez confirmada la situaci\u00f3n, ofreceremos una soluci\u00f3n o compensaci\u00f3n adecuada seg\u00fan las circunstancias. Si el jacuzzi no estuviera disponible para su uso durante la totalidad de la estad\u00eda, compensaremos el 20% del valor de la habitaci\u00f3n correspondiente a la(s) noche(s) afectada(s).<\/li>
        • Para protegerse ante p\u00e9rdidas o da\u00f1os imprevistos que puedan afectar su estad\u00eda y generar p\u00e9rdidas econ\u00f3micas, recomendamos encarecidamente contratar un seguro de viaje.<\/li><\/ul>

          Al proceder con la reserva, el hu\u00e9sped reconoce y acepta estos t\u00e9rminos y condiciones. Este acuerdo tiene como objetivo garantizar la transparencia de nuestras pol\u00edticas, al mismo tiempo que nos permite cubrir los costos asociados con cancelaciones y da\u00f1os.<\/p>

          We understand that plans may change; however, as a small business, cancellations and date changes can significantly impact our operations. Once a reservation is confirmed, the following cancellation and rescheduling terms apply immediately, based on the number of days remaining before check-in at the time the request is received.<\/strong><\/p>

          • 91+ Days Before Check-In:<\/b><\/b><\/p>

            Cancel for a full refund<\/strong> of the total booking value, less the non-refundable 3% payment processing fee<\/strong>, or reschedule with no rescheduling fee.<\/p><\/li>

          • 31\u201390 Days Before Check-In:<\/b><\/b><\/p>

            Cancel for a 75% refund<\/b> of the total booking value, or reschedule with no rescheduling fee.<\/p><\/li>

          • 15\u201330 Days Before Check-In:<\/b><\/b><\/p>

            Cancel for a 50% refund<\/b> of the total booking value, or reschedule with a $75 <\/b>rescheduling fee.<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

          • 14 Days or Fewer Before Check-In<\/b><\/span>:<\/b><\/b><\/p>

            No refund is available.<\/strong> However, guests may request to reschedule to an earlier date before the original check-in date<\/b> with a<\/strong> $75 rescheduling fee.<\/b>\u00a0If no earlier date is available, we are unable to make any changes or offer refunds. Rescheduling to a later date is not permitted.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            Rescheduling Terms:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>
            • All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.<\/strong>
              • For requests made 15 or more days before check-in<\/b><\/span>, the new check-in date must be within three months of the date the rescheduling request is made. The $75 rescheduling fee may apply depending on the applicable cancellation window.<\/li>
              • For requests made 14 days or fewer before check-in<\/b><\/span>, the reservation may only be moved to an earlier available date before the original check-in date, and a $75 alteration fee applies. Rescheduling to a later date is not permitted.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
              • Any amount already paid will be applied to the rescheduled stay. If the new stay is priced higher, the difference must be paid at the time of rescheduling. If the new stay is priced lower, no refund or credit will be issued for the difference.<\/li>
              • All rescheduling is final.<\/b> Once a reservation has been rescheduled, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled again.<\/li><\/ul>

                Refunds:<\/b><\/h4>
                • Guest Cancellation: <\/b>Guest initiated cancellations are subject to cancellation policy outlined above.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
                • No-Show\/Early Departure:<\/b> No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures, regardless of reasons.<\/span><\/li>
                • Unforeseen Events:<\/b> Domance Glamping is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, water interruptions, internet outage, or other utility failures. <\/span>In such cases, refunds will not be provided. In cases of extreme weather<\/b>\u2014for example, freezing temperatures that prevent the safe use of outdoor amenities\u2014we may offer to reschedule your stay<\/b> if a cancellation becomes necessary. Any difference in pricing between the original and rescheduled dates will still apply.<\/span><\/li>

                • Nonfunctional Major Amenity: <\/b><\/b>If a major amenity is nonfunctional for the entire duration of your stay<\/b>, it must be reported immediately<\/b> and verified by our team while you are on-site.<\/b> Once confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution or compensation based on the situation. If the hot tub is unavailable for use during your entire stay<\/b>, we will compensate 20% of the room rate<\/b> for the affected night(s).<\/p><\/li>

                • To safeguard against unforeseen losses or damages that may impact your stay and result in financial loss, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.<\/b><\/li><\/ul>

                  By proceeding with the booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these terms. This agreement ensures transparency while allowing us to recover costs for cancellation and damages.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
